A wall of north-facing windows let the light flood in to 700 square feet of space in the historic building built in 1913. The hourly rental studio boasts the textures and tones of the original hardwood floors, as well as exposed brick coated in fresh white. Modern backdrops and carefully curated props complement the studio’s timeless charm and are included with every rental.

The studio began in Spring of 2017 with one empty space and one dream to make it an inspiring place to share with other artists and photographers. Simon, the Founder of the studio, and Annie, the manager & marketing director, are both inspired by travel, minimalism and design. This creative vision is what brings the rotating collection of curated props, moving backdrop walls, plants & natural light that are provided with each rental and make The Collective Co. Studio a unique space in the city of New York.

Alongside the space itself, the owners envisioned a digital home just as light, bright, and welcoming — a place that mirrors the building’s charm and invites photographers and creators to step inside. We brought this vision to life through a thoughtfully crafted homepage, a seamless "rent" page, an about page that tells the studio’s story, a contact page that opens the door to new connections, and a journal filled with stories that breathe life into its walls.

Below is a mockup of the proposed digital home for The Collective Co. Studio — crafted to embody its warmth, creativity, and inviting spirit. Take a closer look.
